At ITVET, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the results of our 2024 Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. This year, we achieved an exceptional NPS of +52, marking a notable increase from last year’s already impressive score of +48.

The NPS is a globally recognised metric for measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, ranging from -100 to +100. A score of +52 places ITVET firmly in the “excellent” category, demonstrating our dedication to delivering industry-leading IT services and solutions.
